Mizzi RX Uplift Sculptra Post- Procedure Kit contains select products to provide ultimate compatibility with the Sculptra product experience and treatment, marrying two highly complementary elements: Sculptra + Uplift Post-Sculptra.
Sculptra is an FDA-approved dermal filler & trending skin treatment, owned by Galderma. It is designed to stimulate collagen production, restore lost volume to the face & reduce lines and wrinkles.
It does not change the natural shape of the face.
Unlike other fillers, Sculptra contains NO Hyaluronic Acid.
Sculptra’s primary ingredient is Poly-L-Lactic Acid (PLLA), which directly supports collagen production, is biocompatible (does not harm living tissue), VEGAN, easily absorbed by the body, & lasts up to two years. PLLA regenerates structural integrity of collagen proteins due to deeper layers of injection. Sculptra is approved for use on cheeks, temples, forehead, chin, jawline, marionette lines of the mouth.
Unlike other fillers, SCULPTRA DOES NOT produce immediate results. Results appear gradually over several weeks which allows for more natural & uniform renewal of collagen in the body as well as better outcomes. PLLA has historically been used by the medical community to support and absorb sutures. As such, it is a thicker liquid compound & has greater plumping skills.

The Protocol
The 5-5-5 Rule
What is the 5-5-5 Rule? This protocol requires FIVE days of habits post-procedure, FIVE times per day, for FIVE minutes each time
The habits consist of self massage of the face at site of injection, in order to evenly distribute PLLA particles from treatment, and gently stimulate healing.
This improves the balanced proportion of where collagen will eventually form, and helps to prevent nodules. If too much collagen forms in one area, a puffy “nodule” can result; self massage proactively redistributes the PLLA to prevent collagen “lumps”.
Massage should happen 5 times a day, for 5 minutes each and should be applied to all areas treated.
