H~Hyaluronic Acid Serum: If you are familiar with top of the line, premier, elite, skincare vocabulary over the last several years, you know of H.A. and H.A. Serum, which consistently lead the “best lists” across the universe, far and wide. H.A. is actually a substance naturally occurring in the body. Plants cannot make pure Hyaluronic Acid, ONLY your body can do this. Think of real H.A. as a molecule in your skin that is a magnet for attracting hydration. As we age, the body loses its ability to produce H.A. as efficiently as it did when we were younger. H.A. Serums are created to reproduce for your skin, what the body later needs to manufacture on its own. HA Serums are made by mixing hyaluronic acid powder (generally created by fermenting plant matter) with distilled water or rose water.(nutrivita.com) HA Serums topically applied are amazing for enabling the body to enhance collagen production.

We hope you are both curious and inspired about how to apply a CATCH YOUR BREATH mindset and approach to using essential & plant oils in your daily wellness routine.

Keep calm. Practice joy. Find your favorite self.

Happy Holidays!

XO,

Mizzi
